He married Gussie Harrison b.1-25-1895, d.8-5-1934. They both are buried in the Weeks Cemetery, between Kinston and Samson, Al.off of Hiway 52. They had two children, Leland Monroe Creech and Ore Clanton Creech, whom both were raised by their maternal grandparents, Moses Haney (Buck) Harrison and Nancy Ann Elizabeth Martin Harrison.I don't know who they are descendants from, this is what I am searching for. My great great grandmother Georgia Cleghorn married a Creech who died a couple of years after they married of a rattlesnake bite. They had a son, Richard C. Creech. After Mr. Creech's death, Georgia married William Moses "Bud" Harrison. Richard the son, (Richard C. Creech) Uncle Richard as he was called, was born February 28 1868, and died February 19, 1952, and was raised in the Harrison Family (the descendants of the William "Grancer" Harrison family) and married Elizabeth Wilder. They had one daughter, Anna (October 3, 1886-February 25, 1921) Anna married Dallas Oscar Bowden and they had six children: Elizabeth, Buster, Roy, Savill, Inez, Odis. After Anna's death in 1921, her widower, Oscar, then married Anna's Aunt Creta, Bud's next to youngest daughter, so creta was Richard's half sister and his former wife, Anna's aunt. He and Creta, had a daughter Jewel born around 1924 and a son who was born dead on August 13, 1925. My question is this : Can someone tell me who Richard C. Creech's father was, and what his ancestry was? I would appreciate any information, we have been at a roadblock on this for several years.
